Our friend, Colin Wood-Robinson, formerly of the Centre for Studies in Science and Mathematics Education at the University of Leeds, developed a simulation of a restriction digest of Lambda DNA several years ago. This can be downloaded as three 'Microsoft Word' files from here (these will also open with AppleWorks).
